- Implement the options in a well defined manner, create small, continuous victories and constantly communicate
- Involve all stakeholders, especially operations and personnel effected by the change
- Evaluate and review results continuously
Technological advancements have made this journey much easier to embark on, but just like ignoring your GPS, one wrong turn can create dire results. |
